Just moved to the area a few months ago....I travel to breweries around the US, Homebrew etc.

So let's talk beer....

Wondering if you guys do any special limited run one-off beers occasionally, such as five-ten gallon etc...

Not going to happen, the brew plant is 10 barrel, so that means anything a little more...experimental...can take quite a while to get through. The Deli Rye, for example, while a very well executed brew has been on for about 3 months now - it's not for everyone, even if I'm a fan.
